Alfred E. Plant Senior Housing
A $10 Million Dollar expansion to an existing Senior Housing Facility in West Hartford Connecticut. The project was funded with DECD grants, and the owners, The West Hartford Housing Authority, the developer, is an entity separate from the town, funded by Housing and Urban Development. The project added 42 new units to the existing 95 units which were renovated. The project included, among many things, selective demolition, rough and finish carpentry, millwork, doors frames and hardware, and hazardous material abatement.
