West Boylston Medical Intake Unit-Worcester County Jail and House of Corrections: Construction of a new 31,929 sf building at the Worcester County Jail and House of Correction campus. The Mill at Killingly: The Mill at Killingly Apartments is a 32 unit mixed income housing development that will include affordable, supportive, and market rate rental units on the site of a former mill in Danielson, CT. The design is by Newman Architects. Retreat at Southern Connecticut: Convert an existing former 53,000 nursing home into a drug rehab facility.
