New Britain High School

Enfield Builders was awarded the contract for the renovation existing science labs, bathrooms, special education wing of the school, as well as the addition of a new 100 seat lecture hall. In a 12 month period of time, Enfield Builders completed the renovation while working adjacent to occupied spaces in the school, as well as adding the lecture hall and several classrooms to the building. The work was aggressively scheduled, further complicated by the need for piles and the creation of a new means of egress in order to keep the school fully functional during the site work phase of the project.
